We offer a rotation of formats that include:
Cardio Sculpt, Power Sculpt and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) that
will keep you coming back from more. Grab your friends, weights and a

MEDITATION FOR ALL SEASONS

Participants will explore different forms of meditation that are meant to
match reality as it unfolds. With regular practice, you can experience more
clarity and unity and feel more grounded.
This class is geared toward those 18 and up. Please bring an exercise mat and
meditation cushion. Cushions are optional. Chairs will also be available.
