This class is made up of all floor work! The exercises are inspired by yoga,
pilates, and ballet. Attendees are encouraged to modify the stretches as

GENTLE YOGA FOR LONGEVITY & MOBILITY

This milder form of yoga focuses on slow movements, stretching and breath
awareness. It is both accessible and restorative and suitable for individuals of all
ages and fitness levels, particularly beneficial for those seeking to promote an
inner peace and tranquility, recovering from injuries, or seeking a gentle way to
rejuvenate the mind and body. Chairs will be available. Please bring a yoga mat.

Vintner's Golf Course / Justin Tews "Deuce"
Join Justin to help you simplify and enjoy the game of golf! Justin "Deuce" Tews is
a local PGA Golf Professional at Vintners Golf Club. He has been teaching for 15+
years and playing the game for over 30 years. Due to the popularity of this
class, students may only sign up for 1 timeslot. Personal clubs are welcome but
not required. Balls will be supplied. Please wear comfortable golf attire and shoes.
