EVENING WATERCOLOR
Community Center / Erin Gennow / 18+
Learn the relaxing and magical world of watercolor in this
weekly Watercolor Series. Each class day focuses on a
different watercolor technique through demonstration and
practice, followed by creating a final painting for the day using the technique learned.
Each class builds on techniques. Attendees also learn about materials, color theory, and
light/shadow. Continuing students are welcome! Techniques are repeated, but projects
are different, so people can continue learning and practicing with new project content.
Erin Gennow is an artist, illustrator and designer with 18 years of professional experience. She

UC MASTER GARDENERS
CATCH THE RAIN, SLOW IT, SPREAD IT, SINK IT IN
Community Center / UC Master Gardeners
We will explore the role of the "small water cycle" and how we can become
participants in climate restoration in our own gardens and along with other
community members have a positive effect on our climate. Many strategies
on catching the rain will be explored to help us absorb, restore and adapt to
water's rhythms.
