Bases to Bleachers and Backyards to Ballparks are a pair of
books about folks' experiences with baseball on many diverse
levels. The stories all have baseball as a setting in various ways, but
they are far more human interest in nature than they are play-ofgame. They are stories that will make you laugh, tear up, and
remember. Do you like baseball? It doesn't matter, you will love these stories. They
discuss how baseball remains the national pastime, how it connects friends, families and
communities. The project began with the simple question "What is your favorite memory
connected to baseball?" And Eric now has over 2,500 answers from around the world.
Come join us and hear about some of these wonderful stories from the author himself!

BEGINNING DOG MANNERS
Community Center Lawn / Camille Lina
This fun-filled 5 week course teaches skills for a well-behaved dog, including
focus, recall, loose leash walking, polite greetings, sit, leave it, and more, using
positive reinforcement. Dogs 4 months or older including teenage, adult and
senior dogs are all welcome, whether they are new to training or simply need a
refresh! This class is designed for dogs comfortable in a group setting; dogs
exhibiting lunging, growling, or excessive barking will be referred to private
training first to help them prepare for a group class environment.
PLEASE NOTE: Each dog must be accompanied by at least one adult handler, with a
maximum of two handlers per dog. A current rabies certificate and proof of up to
date Canine Distemper/Canine Parvovirus (DHPP/DA2PP) vaccination are required.

with additional important information after your registration is complete. For dogs
4 months and up.
