MEDITATION AS A MOVING EXPERIENCE

Join Yountville Parks and Recreation Instructor, Wil Anderson, for this
movement and meditation hour. Participants can expect increased calm, focus,
ease, and flexibility after participating in this class, which combines meditation
with gentle stretching and movement. Please bring a yoga mat. Chairs are
available if needed.

SKETCHING AROUND:
ART PRACTICE THROUGH PLAY

This sketchbook class offers a relaxing space to explore new materials and
techniques, experiment, and use your favorite media. Continue practicing and
honing your drawing, painting, and creativity skills through play. While each day
is impromptu, an element of art, a master artist, or an inspirational piece will be
available for discussion and motivation. Instructor demonstrations, feedback,
and critiques will also be available. Bring your own sketchbook/supplies. We will
sketch outside, weather permitting.

STRETCH & STRENGTHEN
Community Center / Regina Feiner
Stretching helps to prevent injuries, reduce pain due to arthritis and other
chronic conditions, lessen the effects of stress and anxiety, while promoting a
sense of relaxation and well-being. This class focuses on gentle stretching while
maintaining proper body alignment. All exercises can be done in a chair or
standing. Wear comfortable clothing.
