CREATIVE YOGA FLOW
Community Center / Calie Candia / Ages 16+ at All Levels
Join Calie, RYT in this all levels Yoga Flow class. Classes are
structured so every pose has a counter pose for full range of
motion. Modifications are given for limitations or injuries and
a sense of humor is a must. Please bring your own mat,
water bottle. Blocks and bands are highly recommended. No
Class 11/28. Class will be held at the Yountville
Commons Hall on 11/12 & 11/14.

A Heartfelt Creative Workshop for Healing and Connection
Community Center / Francine Kohn & Marianne Lyon
Join Us! This meaningful project transforms grief and loss into beauty and
resilience through guided meditation, poetry, and expressive artmaking. In a
safe & welcoming space, participants of all ages will come together to honor
their loved ones, connect with others, and rediscover hope. Each person will
create a personal tribute using color, memory, and heartfelt words4and
contribute to a collective tapestry of remembrance. Past Napa County Poet
Laureate, Marianne Lyon, will be leading the poetry segment which will assist
participants in giving a voice to their stories through simple, guided prompts.
