Dance Fitness (formerly Zumba) is a dance party featuring Latin music and
rhythms with some oldies and tunes from today thrown in for good measure.
You will burn calories, improve your balance, and have a blast. Bring Water,
towel and wear supportive shoes.

GENTLE YOGA FOR LONGEVITY & MOBILITY

This milder form of yoga focuses on slow movements, stretching and breath
awareness. It is both accessible and restorative and suitable for individuals of
all ages and fitness levels, particularly beneficial for those seeking to promote
an inner peace and tranquility, recovering from injuries, or seeking a gentle way
to rejuvenate the mind and body. Please bring a yoga mat.
