KNITTING CONNECTIONS

New and experienced knitters are encouraged to join us to work on projects
while discovering new techniques, tips and getting inspiration and enjoying
friendship. Students are encouraged to share projects, knitting hurdles and
ideas! For new students, we will discuss supplies at the first class. *No Class

MINDFUL MEDITATION

Mindful Meditation will explain the benefits of meditating on a regular
basis. There are many reasons to become aware of your breathing, and
learn to live fully in the present moment. More and more physicians are
currently suggesting meditation to their patients to lower blood pressure,
reduce anxiety, and live a happier, healthier life. Mindful Meditation can
shed light on what it means to be a human being in today's world. Learn
how to dissolve the endless chatter of your busy mind through meditation.

MODERN CROCHET
Community Center / Denise Nelson
Learn to crochet shapes/fabrics for projects of your choosing. Crochet is easy,
fun and lends itself to making a wide variety of projects like market bags,
sunhats, and blankets. Whether you are a beginner or seasoned crafter, we will
share tips, techniques and inspiration with fellow crocheters. We will discuss
supplies at the first class for those new to crochet. *No class 11/13 & 11/27.
