Dive into a world where flavor meets well-being and discover the secrets of
nutritious cooking from around the world that delight the palate AND benefit
the body. In this fun cooking class and luncheon, we will explore healthier
options to familiar recipes from other countries, laugh a little and finish each
session enjoying the food we prepare.

INTRO TO MODERN TECHNOLOGY
Community Center / Jason Bernard
With an emphasis on Windows PC9s, iOS (Apple), and Android mobile devices,
this class will go over how to securely configure and customize your devices to
meet all needs. Topics include, cyber security, safe web-browsing practices,
backups, passwords, and more. Bring your devices and your questions!

INTRODUCTION TO DRAWING
Community Center / Erin Gennow
Learn multiple sketching and drawing techniques to build and strengthen this
fundamental art skill. This class covers the study of line, shape, and three
dimensional form while learning how to see and measure the relationship of
objects and translate this onto paper. The session continues with the study of
value - analyzing light and shadow, applying form/cast shadow edges, and light
and dark patterns to still life drawings using graphite and charcoal pencils.
Composition and basic perspective lessons are also discussed. No experience is
required. $60 supply fee for new students.
*No class 11/10 & 11/24.
